Each player receives an Outlaws at Thunder Junction prerelease kit to build a 40 card deck with, and then plays in a swiss style tournament.

2-0-1: 3 Outlaws at Thunder Junction Packs

2-1: 2 Outlaws at Thunder Junction Packs

All other players who don't receive a prize and complete all 3 rounds receive 1 Outlaws at Thunder Junction pack.
